This manual has been developed to provide clear, consistent guidance to support you in your work. Its purpose is to offer a reliable reference point that helps you navigate the complexities of practice with confidence and clarity.

Your professionalism, compassion, creativity and commitment make the real difference for the people and communities we support. Every role matters, and every contribution has helped shape the impact we have delivered.

We will continue to build on strong foundations, work collaboratively across teams and partners, and remain bold in how we improve outcomes, tackle inequality and support independence and wellbeing.
